I have worked in estate agency across Tewkesbury and Gloucestershire for 6 years and having worked for a number of the well known national and local brands. I have developed an understanding on what great estate agency should look like, and equally the challenges faced in the world of high volume estate agency. My belief is my customers demand more than a listing on a website, an occasional phone call and inexperienced agents showing potential buyers around their home.
